The Nueva Ecija Satellite Office conducted the Basic Leadership and Development Course Training for Canaan East Capisungan Pilatok Irrigators Association Inc. of Brgy. Canaan East, Municipality of Rizal, Nueva Ecija. This training aims to equip the officials and members of the IA to make them aware of their responsibilities to the association, and uplift their standards, morals, and principles to develop new styles and strategies as a leader and member of the organization. The two-day training also provided the IA with basic knowledge on the importance of leadership, its types, styles, and principles. The Canaan East Capisungan Pilatok Irrigators Association Inc. is the main beneficiary of the newly-completed Canaan East Capisungan CIP with a service area of 90 hectares.
