The NIA Zambales Satellite Office facilitated the conduct of IA Organizational Meeting with the potential farmer beneficiaries under Sto. Tomas RIS Mapanuepe - Lateral C on November 12, 2021 at Brgy. Linusungan , San Marcelino, Zambales. The meeting aims to educate irrigators associations to become effective partners of NIA for the Operation and Maintenance of irrigation systems.
