The NIA BANE IMO Staff met with the Municipal Administrator of San Rafael, Bulacan LGU to discuss the Phasing of the Devolution Transition Plan for Communal Irrigation Systems.
On its sixth week, the Gulayamanan Project, in participation to the EPAHP Program, of NIA Zambales Satellite Office (Botolan) and Nayom Bayto Office (Sta. Cruz) is now at flowering stage and is also starting to bear fruits due to the effort of the staff .
Conduct of Basic Leadership Course and Gender and Development Training for Malapad na Bato IA of Bayabas Small Reservoir Irrigation Project. The two-day training was conducted on October 12 and 13, 2021 at Ulingao, San Rafael, Bulacan by the BANE IMO.
Coordination Meeting with the LGU of Umpukan, San Ildefonso, Bulacan regarding the Solar Pump System Project under CARP which was conducted on November 17, 2021.
A one-day training for the first batch of Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship for 7 IAs in Working Station 7 (Cabalyada, Ropino, Kadena, Pasuba, Tanjangco, Dandawayan and TSS IA) was held on November 24, 2021 at Tres Marias, Mangga, Candaba Pampanga.
A one-day training during the conduct of the Second Batch of Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship for seven IAs of Working Station 7 (Bagong Pag-asa, Hinukay Hawai, Plazanian, Masikap, Culasa, Masigasig Mangga, and Piel San Jose IA) was held on November 26, 2021 at Tres Marias, Mangga, Candaba Pampanga.
Coordination Meeting of BANE O&M- Angat Maasim RIS Personnel and the Officers of Makarutrut IA headed by Mr. Rodolfo Navarro, IA President, at Brgy. Tenejero, Candaba, Pampanga on November 26, 2021, to discuss the Farming Activities, Water Delivery for Dry 2022, Farmers Registry, and to address the concerns of the farmers.
The Institutional Development Unit of Camiling RIS attended the General Assembly of Brgy. Mamonit-Mayantoc FIA on November 25, 2021 at Bgry. Mamonit, Mayantoc, Tarlac.
NIAs part of the said meeting is to discuss the programs of the Agency to its farmer clientele. IMT Contract was also discussed to inform them of the incentives and other benefits, as well as the obligations of both NIA and IAs under the contract.
On November 25, 2021, the Camiling RIS conducted area monitoring at Brgy. Pao 3rd, Camiling, Tarlac for the updating of status of Farming Activities and geotagging of lots and coordination with farmers regarding the RA 10969-Free Irrigation Service Act (FISA)/ Condonation.
The Camiling RIS conducted an IA Meeting for Division 1 - Bgry. Taldiapan, Mayantoc, Tarlac last November 19, 2021.
The meeting was held to inform the farmers of the cropping calendar and water delivery schedule, at the same time, information dissemination on RA 10969-Free Irrigation Service Act (FISA)/ Condonation.
