The Camiling RIS conducted an IA Meeting for Division 1 - Bgry. Taldiapan, Mayantoc, Tarlac last November 19, 2021.
The meeting was held to inform the farmers of the cropping calendar and water delivery schedule, at the same time, information dissemination on RA 10969-Free Irrigation Service Act (FISA)/ Condonation.
On November 17, 2021, the Camiling RIS personnel conducted site inspection in response to the request of PALSINBO FIA for the immediate re-gravelling and future rehabilitation of the service road connecting Brgy. Pindangan 1st, Camiling, Tarlac and Brgy. Doclong 2nd, San Clemente, Tarlac.
ISO Online OrientationThe Camiling RIS staff participated in the ISO Online Orientation (ISO 9001:2015) Quality Management System (QMS) conducted on November 25, 2021 by the NIA Region III TET (Training and Education Team).
The Camiling RIS staff responded to the request of PAOAN MC FIA for the desilting of Main Canal at Pao 3rd, Camiling, Tarlac.
The Zambales Satellite Office led the conduct of the first System Management Committee (SMC) Meeting for Upper Bagsit River Irrigation System which was attended by representatives from the LGU's of Palauig and four (4) irrigators associations covered, Aypa Dadapilan IA, Buwat Nin Bagatan IA, Palauig Bagsit IA and 1st Damayan Bagsit IA. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Cropping Calendar, Planting Pattern and Water Delivery Schedule for Dry Crop 2021-22 for the smooth and proper operation of irrigation system.
In response to the Gulayaman Project under the auspices of the Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) Program, NIA-Camiling RIS employees planted a variety of vegetables on the designated Malunggay/ Gulayaman Corner in the office backyard.
Conduct of IA Organizational Meeting for potential farmer beneficiaries of Sto. Tomas RIS - Lateral D with Barangay Officials held on November 19, 2021 at Brgy. Lapaz, San Marcelino, Zambales.
The Zambales Satellite Office conducted an O&M Conference for various IAs under Communal Irrigation Systems from San Narciso to Sta. Cruz. Simultaneously, the 2nd batch of O&M Subsidy was released for Dry Crop 2021 which was awarded by ZSO Head Engr. Alexius S. Academia.
The Samahang Magsasaka ng North Tarlac Council FIA Meeting was conducted by the Camiling RIS on November 18, 2021 to discuss the Operation and Maintenance Plan, Schedule of Water Delivery for Dry Crop 2022 and other issues and concerns of the 25 Irrigators Association.
The Quality Workplace Team conducted an Initial Audit on the Workplace of TASMORIS to assess and monitor compliance to standards set forth by ISO 9001-2015.
