Monitoring of Status of Farming Activities by the TASMORIS Staff and Signing of List of Irrigated/Planted Areas (LIPA) for Dry Crop 2022 of Himala FIA (headed by chairman Vicente Bildan), ALRI FIA (headed by chairman Jason Mallari), and DALAYAP FIA (headed by chairman Arturo Saavedra).
The TASMORIS Staff conducted area monitoring at Brgy. Sierra, La Paz, Tarlac to update the Status of Farming Activities and at the same time, to coordinate the application for condonation of TG-102 Farmer Irrigators Association under Chairman Armando Banag.
The TASMORIS staff successfully repaired the deep well pump under the Tarlac Groundwater Irrigation System. The TG-57 Farmer Irrigators Association are glad and grateful that available water supply is flowing again which shall provide sufficient irrigation to their farmlands.
Repainting of structures was conducted by the Pampanga Delta RIS at the Cong Dadong Dam. As a regular activity, the facilities are maintained by the PDRIS staff and the Irrigators Associations. The NIA TASMORIS staff responded to the request of the farmers for the repair of deteriorated steel pipe of TG-10 (deep well pump) under the Tarlac Groundwater Irrigation System.
A Virtual Orientation on Devolution of CIS to LGUs of Bataan was conducted by the NIA PAMBAT IMO, Bataan Satellite Office and Regional Office to discuss the roles and functions of each LGUs on the said devolution. This was attended by Bataan PPDO head, Provincial Budget Officer, OPA and the Municipal Agriculture.
A Three-Day Financial Management Seminar for the officers and BOD of Bataan Provincial FIA was held last November 17-19,2021. The Bataan Satellite Office facilitated the said seminar and workshop to improve the IA's Financial Recordings which are needed in filing their annual obligations with the BIR, SEC and for the renewal of their documents.
In partnership with the Department of Agriculture, the Bataan Satellite Office conducted a One-Day EPAHP Training on Agri-Business for the officers and members of Sabanah Lumantang IA and Mangindong-Bacong IA. It aims to empower the IAs and adopt new farming skills which will provide smart and efficient rice culture and acquire maximum harvest yield that shall further help mitigate hunger, ensure food and nutrition security and reduce poverty in urban and rural communities.
The Nueva Ecija Satellite Office conducted surveying activities and site inspection for the proposed extension of Binumbunan CIP in General Tinio, Nueva Ecija.
The proposed extension includes a canal system to increase the service area of the existing small water impounding structure in the system. The project will provide irrigation to 10 hectares of farmland on top of the existing service area of the project.

Water System of Tabasaca Irrigators Association
