The Camiling RIS conducted a Basic Leadership Development Course Training to the re-organized Communal Irrigation System – Pit-Ao San Clemente IA at Felrey Resort, Palimbo Caarosipan, Camiling, Tarlac.
The training aims to educate the IAs in running their day to day activities. It is also committed to ensure farmers’ success in moving from guided to independent display of knowledge, understanding and skills, and to enable them to transfer this successfully to the future generations.

The Zambales Satellite Office conducted a meeting on System Management Committee (SMC), which was attended by Sangguniang Bayan Member - Hon. Glenn C. Manangan, and OIC of the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) - Mr. Ramon D. Dolojan. The Federation Officers of Bucao RIS (FIA-BRIS) led by Mr. Daniel A. Villanueva were also present. The NIA Zambales Satellite Office under TARZAM IMO responded to the IA's recent request to replace the obsolete wooden flashboard in Maballiguen CIS in preparation for the Dry Season. On November 13, 2021, ZSO Head Alexius S. Academia, and members from Maballiguen Gusuen IA led the installation of wooden flashboards located in San Narciso, Zambales.
The NIA Zambales Satellite Office facilitated the conduct of IA Organizational Meeting with the potential farmer beneficiaries under Sto. Tomas RIS Mapanuepe - Lateral C on November 12, 2021 at Brgy.
