NIA REGION III has conducted its Annual Internal Quality Audit (IQA) to assess the effectiveness of its Quality Management System. It was held via Google Meet to observe safety protocols while COVID-19 cases increase. The four (4) offices of Region 3: TARZAM IMO, PAMBAT IMO, BANE IMO and the Regional Office were audited from July 22 until October 1, 2021.
The NIA REGION III IQA Team participated in the Online Training Course on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) conducted on October 25-27 & 29, 2021 by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP). It aims to equip NIA Region 3 IQA auditors with the necessary skills and knowledge on performing internal QMS audits based on ISO 9001:2015. With quality performance in mind, they attended the training course to further hone, equip and enhance the auditors' competence.

The Sto. Domingo-San Vicente IA (Prinza CIS) located at Orion, Bataan conducted their Regular Canal Maintenance and Canal Cleaning in preparation for the start of the Dry Season Cropping 2022 using the O&M Incentive awarded by this agency.
The Mulawin-Pag-Asa IA held their Regular Canal Maintenance and Canal Clearing for Mulawin CIS in preparation for the start of the cropping season. The IA Incentive awarded by the NIA greatly supported the activity. The Mulawin CIS is served by Tangilad SRIP which is located in Orani, Bataan.
The Zambales Satellite Office facilitated the Release of the First Batch of O&M Subsidy for Dry Crop 2021 to various IA's under the Communal Irrigation System from Subic to Candelaria, Zambales which was awarded by Acting TARZAM IMO Manager - Engr. Jaime A. Mananghaya, and the Institutional Development Unit.
