Due to the report of Maballiguen-Guesen IA President regarding the damaged flashboard and canal at Grullo-Maballiguen CIS San Narciso, Zambales, Engr. Alexius S. Academia - Zambales Satellite Office Head immediately conducted a Site Inspection on November 8, 2021 to address the problem.
A Consultative and Planning Meeting with the Zambales Federation of Irrigators Association (ZAMFEDIA) was conducted at the Zambales Satellite Office which was presided by Acting TARZAM IMO Manager, Engr. Jaime A. Mananghaya. The said activity was attended by the BOTs of ZAMFEDIA.
A Three-Day Capacity Building Seminar for Farmland Geographic Information System (FGIS) was conducted for the BANE IMO - Operations and Maintenance Section on October 26 to 28, 2021 in order to fast-track the completion of the remaining FGIS. Mr. Robin España from the Irrigation Engineering Center of the NIA Central Office served as the Resource Person for the Seminar.

Important issues and concerns of the IAs were discussed and addressed during the meeting which was held at Brgy. Concepcion, Mexico, Pampanga.
The Bataan Satellite Office conducted a Coordination Meeting with the Tangilad Irrigators Advisory Council Officers at Tangilad Dam to re-echo the discussion on Devolution of CIS to LGU and the requirements needed for reclassification to NIS.
The CLBRIS personnel of Bataan Satellite Office conducted the Repair of Falling Shutter of Balsik Dam in Hermosa, Bataan to continuously irrigate the area of 251 hectares in the sectors of Balsik, Pulo and Saba.
