In line with the Devolution of Communal Irrigation System to LGUs, the NIA PAMBAT-IMO headed by Division Manager Isabelito V. Bitangcol, together with PDRIS O&M Chief Christian C. Manalo and Acting IDU Head Ofelita S. Pangan attended a Coordination Meeting with Hon. Jayson S. Sagum, Municipal Mayor of San Luis, Pampanga to gather feedback and concerns for the devolution of CISs.
