The Institutional Development Section of Pampanga Delta River Irrigation System of PAMBAT IMO conducted a refresher training on Basic Leadership and Development Course for the Farmer Beneficiaries of Laput Mexico Farmers Irrigator's Association.
The main objective of this training is to refresh the knowledge of the Irrigator's Association in managing viable and self reliant association and also to refresh them in determining their Organizational Structure and underlying functions, duties and responsibilities at various positions in their organization.
