In line with Memorandum Circular No. 29 s. 2017 on the Conduct of Preventive Maintenance of Computer Hardware and other related IT Equipment in the National Irrigation Administration, the assigned IT specialist of Nueva Ecija Satellite Office conducted the following activities:
- System tune-up, cleaning of the hardware externally (if necessary) and internally including checking/defragmenting of Hard disk;
- Checking/Updating programs and other antivirus and anti-spyware software;
- Checking of network connection;
- Checking if data are being back up by the users or concerned employees; and
Assessment/recommendation as to functionality or possible replacement of the unit.
