The Pampanga Provincial Federation of Irrigators Association Officers attended the Virtual Nationwide Orientation on Devolution of Communal Irrigation Systems for PFIAs conducted by the NIA Central Office. After the discussion PAMBAT IMO Manager Isabelito V. Bitangcol and his Institutional Development Unit attended the open forum to discuss the request and concerns of the farmers.
