The Institutional Development Section of the Pampanga Delta RIS under the PAMBAT IMO conducted a Refresher Course on Financial Management System and System Management Training of Sta. Catalina, Sta. Cruz Pambilog IA. Under these Courses, the IAs will be able to manage or assess the Financial Stability of their Association and keep financial records properly with the aim to further strengthen the knowledge in the operation and maintenance of the system thru maximum utilization of irrigation facilities, increase production through improved farming practices and attain proposed cropping intensity and projected yield.
