The Pampanga Delta RIS of NIA PAMBAT IMO, under the supervision of IMO Manager and Concurrent Chief of PDRIS Engr. Isabelito V. Bitangcol, conducted an Assessment Meeting with the IAs of Division 3. Important issues and concerns of the IAs were discussed and addressed during the meeting which was held at Brgy. Concepcion, Mexico, Pampanga.
