With the recently concluded Managers' Conference last January 16-18, 2024, Regional Manager and Concurrent OIC - Deputy Administrator for Engineering and Operations Engr. Josephine B. Salazar, convened the NIA Region III Managers and Section Chiefs for the 2023 Year-End Review and 2024 DPCR Target Setting to re-echo the instructions from the NIA Top Management. This will also be an opportunity to formally analyze and provide inputs on what transpired in 2023, acknowledge the best performances, and add input to further enhance and improve the Region's overall performance.
Manager Salazar congratulated the team for a good year in terms of their performance despite the challenges. In addition, directions and policies were laid out in consonance to the commitment of the National Irrigation Administration to help the Department of Agriculture in boosting agricultural productivity through irrigation development.
