NIA Region III attended the Budget Forum which was presided by NIA Administrator Ricardo R Visaya. Discussed during the virtual meeting were the Introduction of the National Irrigation Master Plan 2020-2030 and Recommended Programs, Activities and Projects along with Budget Preparation Guidelines and Implementation of Full Devolution in 2022, Budget Requirements and Proposals of Irrigation Programs and Projects for Existing Systems for NIA and CIS, Climate Change and the Adaptation/Mitigation Programs, Feasibility Studies and Status, Detailed Engineering Works, IDP, APP and PPMP Proposal, GAD Plan and Budget, Required ISSP, PS Requirement and Proposal and Operating Expenditure Budget.
