Today, Zambales IMO successfully conducted the Cascading of CY 2025 DPCR Targets at the ZIMO Conference Hall. This strategic planning session ensures that each section’s targets are aligned with the agency’s overall objectives, fostering accountability, efficiency, and excellence in service.
Led by the Acting Division Manager Engr. Enrique G. Carlos, the meeting was attended by section chiefs, unit heads, and employees to present their targets for 2025. Manager Carlos emphasized the importance of continuous monitoring, timely updates, and dedicated execution of assigned projects and tasks to meet key performance indicators and provide exceptional service to clients.
