In the continuation of the Second Semester Manager’s Conference and Performance Assessment for FY 2023 and Management Review of FY 2023 Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015, NIA Acting Administrator Engr. Eduardo Eddie G. Guillen set the course of action for the Agency to achieve sustainable development and productive irrigation services. This second day of the activity was attended by the Philippine Federation of Rice Seed Grower Cooperatives (PFRSGC) nationwide represented by its Chairman, Mr. Ariel B. Dolores. Rice seed grower plays a vital role in the continuous and reliable supply of high-quality seeds which contributes to the advancement of food security in the country.
The fruitful and successful discussion led to a convergence between the PFRSGC and NIA in which NIA Administrator, Engr. Eduardo Eddie G. Guillen ensures that all concerns raised will be properly addressed through the best course of action. Indeed, another unlocked milestone for the National Irrigation Administration in promoting food security and wealth creation.
