The New Acting Division Manager of NIA Region III Pampanga-Bataan Irrigation Management Office (PamBat IMO), Engr. Ruben R. Llamas, together with the Acting PamBat IMO Engineering Section Chief, Engr. Angelito D. David, paid a courtesy call to the Governor of Pampanga, Hon. Dennis “Delta” Pineda, and Vice Governor, Hon. Lilia “Nanay Gov” Pineda, at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, Pampanga last January 15, 2024. The meeting paved way for the discussion of collaborative efforts and initiatives for irrigation development projects in the province of Pampanga.
The Governor requested for a convergence meeting between the PLGU, NIA and the IAs of Pampanga to further discuss the status of the project implementation, and programs that aims to enhance the lives of the local farmers.
The meeting concluded with hopes of a more strengthened partnership and united efforts with the Local Government in providing sustainable and inclusive development that seeks to harness the agricultural potential of the Province of Pampanga to ensure food security and the improvement of our farmers quality of life.
