On January 3, 2023, NIA Region 3 Officials held the first Flag Raising Ceremony of the year with the Region 3 Top Management as hosts.
Despite the downpour that morning, RM Salazar appreciated the occurrence as a good sign and blessing for our dams and also for the needs of our farmers for irrigation. She took this opportunity to thank the employees of Region 3 for their good performance in 2022. With 2023, as a big year for NIA, being its 60th Founding Anniversary, RM Salazar hopes to inspire the employees to work harder to achieve a better NIA Region 3 in 2023.
