From July 22-23, 2024, NIA Tarlac Irrigation Management Office (Tarlac IMO) conducted an extensive inspection of non-serviceable equipment at NIA Tarlac IMO, TASMORIS, and BBMP-II compound, as well as the CAMRIS satellite office.
The team was composed of Tarlac IMO's Procurement and Property Unit (PPU) personnel, equipment personnel, and representatives from Central Office and Regional Office. This collaborative effort aimed to thoroughly identify and assess the condition of various equipment for disposal.
The comprehensive inspection demonstrated NIA's commitment to maintaining efficient operations and ensuring that all resources are effectively managed. By identifying non-serviceable equipment for disposal, the team ensures that the office can streamline its inventory, reduce clutter, and make way for new functional equipment. This initiative not only enhances operational efficiency but also aligns with NIA's dedication to continuous improvement and optimal resource utilization.
