NIA Region III attended the Inter- Agency Meeting with DA, MAO, OPA, and LGU Dinalupihan regarding the proposed Rice Mechanization Program of Bataan 3rd District Representative Hon. Gila Garcia on April 2, 2024 at LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan. The said pilot rice project aims to seek the contribution/assistance of all government agencies related to agriculture, especially this upcoming Wet Season, to help the farmers increase rice productivity and their income. Discussed during the meeting were the exisiting and proposed irrigation facilities and projects in the Municipality of Dinalupihan, Barangay Rice Production Data, and Criteria for the farmers and area which will be covered by the pilot project.
