. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) TASMORIS, in partnership with the Tarlac Irrigation Management Office (IMO), brought the Kadiwa ng Pangulo program to La Paz, Tarlac on November 19, 2024.
The event, facilitated by Tarlac IMO Manager Engr. Alvin Roberto A. David and TASMORIS Acting Chief Engr. Arvin Maynard C. Musni, aimed to provide affordable products, particularly to persons with disabilities (PWDs), senior citizens, and low-income consumers.
Also, this is in collaboration with TASMORIS Irrigators’ Associations (IAs), who are actively involved in the agency’s Farming Support Program.
The event aligns with the #bayaNIAn spirit, fostering a sense of unity and collaboration between government agencies, farmers, and the community. And is part of the government’s broader goal to create a #BagongPilipinas—one where economic opportunities for local farmers are maximized, and where food security is prioritized.
