The NIA Pambat IMO, supported by Division Manager Engr. Ruben R. Llamas and O&M Section Chief of PDRIS, Engr. Clarita G. Silverio, hosted a refresher course and Oath-Taking Ceremony for the newly elected officers of the Pinagbuklod na Caveza Candating FIA, Maunlad na Candating Sapang Paitan FIA, and Dalan Bangka IA under the PDRIS on May 28, 2025.
The event emphasized the vital role that informed and committed local leadership plays in the success of community-based irrigation systems. During the ceremony, officers were briefed on their duties and responsibilities, ensuring they are well-prepared to lead with accountability and purpose.
