Following a resolution from the Suguit Irrigators Association, the National Irrigation Administration – Aurora-Nueva Ecija IMO (NIA ANE IMO) conducted a coordination meeting and site validation in Maria Aurora, Aurora on May 15, 2025.
The irrigation system serves about 80 hectares of farmland and supports 97 farmers. The activity aimed to assess its current condition and address the association’s concerns to ensure continued irrigation efficiency.
This effort reinforces NIA’s commitment to improving irrigation systems and directly supporting the needs of local farmers.
