The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Bulacan Irrigation Management Office (IMO) successfully completed road grading activities along Lateral A, spanning Sta. 1+000 to Sta. 1+700 in Barangay Ulingao, San Rafael, Bulacan, on January 4, 2025.
This initiative was undertaken in response to a request from the Ulingao Pinacpinacan Irrigators Association. The goal was to enhance accessibility and ensure smoother transportation for agricultural and operational purposes in the area. The project significantly improves access for both farmers and NIA personnel to the irrigation canals, thereby facilitating the more efficient delivery of irrigation services and supporting the agricultural activities in the region.
