Engr. Kelvin C. Villasor, Engineer A, and Engr. Joshua James E. Delos Santos, Engineer B, from NIA Region III, led a hydrological survey for the proposed diversion dam. Additionally, a team composed of Ms. Jamila Mei B. Francia, Economist A, Ms. Deshma Joy R. Sambrano, Environmental Management Specialist I, and Ms. Corine Angelica C. Calakhan, Agronomist B, all from NIA Region III, as well as Ms. Sarah Veronica P. The information collected will assess the municipality’s cropping patterns, evaluate local agricultural practices, and provide a broader understanding of the area’s general condition. The survey will also gather community feedback on the potential impacts of the project and help determine the benefits of the proposed diversion dam.
