On June 15 to 22, 2020, in spite of the Community Quarantine, the IAT visited NIA Region 3 to verify the quality of works, covering the areas of UPRIIS, BBMP II and Region 3. In virtue of MC 61 s 2019, the team is tasked to conduct inspection and assessment on all NIA completed and on-going projects, determine and validate all queries and complaints on NIA Projects, assist concerned NIA Officials and Personnel and address issues in order to fast track all pending projects.
The Team is composed of IAT Team Leader and Management Specialist Atty. Asher A. Dolina, IAT Assistant Team Leader and Chief Civil Security Affair Col Rogelio P Percol (Ret). The Members are Engr. Rey Isaac S. Rosario from the Internal Audit Services, Engr. Jennette P. Tiquia from the Construction Management Division, Engr. Aldrich V. Simeon of the System Management Division, Engr. Junedel B. Maramba from Region 1, Engr. Rommeljon M. Leonen from LARISIP and Engr. Toni-Janssen P. Monserrat from Region 4A.
On June 23, 2020, an Exit Meeting was conducted to provide the results of the inspection. This was attended by Region 3 Management Specialist Gen Ralph A Villanueva (Ret), Top Officials from Region 3, UPRIIS and BBMP II along with selected contractors and IA Leaders.
