NIA Region 3 headed by Regional Manager Josephine B. Salazar joined the NIA Managers’ Conference on August 12-14, 2020 via videoconference. In full support of Region 3's leadership are the Division and IMO Managers and her technical staff. Manager Salazar delivered her report on the first day along with the Luzon Group.
