With a steadfast commitment to improving irrigation services and empowering farmers, the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Pampanga-Bataan Irrigation Management Office (PamBat IMO) held its Division Performance Commitment and Review (DPCR) Cascading and Target Setting for 2025 on February 6 at the Farmers Training Center in Solib, Floridablanca, Pampanga.
Led by IMO Manager Engr. Ruben R. Llamas, the gathering brought together section chiefs, unit heads, and staff to assess past performance, set strategic goals, and align their plans for the year ahead. Discussions focused on enhancing operational efficiency, improving irrigation services, and ensuring sustainable water management to better support the region’s farmers.
The meeting concluded with a shared vision: to transform Pampanga and Bataan into thriving agricultural hubs, where every farmer’s field flourishes with the promise of abundant harvests. More than just a planning session, it was a reaffirmation of their dedication—to the land that sustains them, the farmers who rely on them, and the future they are working to build.
With renewed purpose and a unified direction, PamBat IMO stands ready to turn plans into action, fostering a more prosperous and resilient farming community for years to come.
