On May 31, 2024, NIA Pampanga-Bataan IMO Engineering Section, in collaboration with the Institutional Development Unit (IDU) and IMO staff, conducted a System Management Training session focused on dam operations in Magalang, Pampanga. Members of the Tramo San Vicente Magalang Farmers and Irrigators Association (FIA) of the San Vicente II Communal Irrigation System (CIS), led by their President, Mr. Alexander S. Galang, attended the said training. Facilitated by Engr. Avelino C. Sazon, the session aimed to enhance participants' knowledge and skills in effective dam management and operation. It highlighted the significance of proper dam operation in ensuring efficient water distribution and maintaining agricultural productivity.
