To foster a values-driven and purpose-oriented workforce, PamBat IMO held its Work Attitude and Values Enhancement (WAVE) training on May 21, 2025. Led by IMO Manager Engr. Ruben R. Llamas, the training aimed to promote self-awareness, teamwork, and a stronger sense of commitment among employees.
The morning session, led by Mrs. Eden N. Garcia, Community Relations Chief B, featured the “Ako Tao Mahalaga” module, which encouraged participants to reflect on their personal worth. A poignant highlight of the session was the Banig ng Buhay activity, where participants shared their life stories, values, dreams, NIA experiences, and both regrets and triumphs. These stories were symbolically burned to release negativity and embrace growth.
In the afternoon, the “Pakikipagkapwa Tao” and “Ako Bilang Empleyado” modules focused on team building and professional responsibility, emphasizing unity and integrity in public service.
The event concluded with a Commitment Setting, where employees signed personal and professional pledges, reaffirming their dedication to the organization.
