To fully equip its Job Order (JO) employees with the right amount of knowledge and skills needed to uphold the agency's mission, the NIA Pampanga-Bataan Irrigation Management Office (PamBat IMO) held an onboarding session at the Farmers' Training Center, Solib, Floridablanca, Pampanga, on October 4, 2024.
Led by Administrative and Finance Section Chief Jocelyn O. Dizon, the session focused on essential topics such as workplace protocols and employee duties. It also introduced the organizational structure at NIA, particularly those from Region 3, for the new employees to familiarize themselves with the agency’s guiding figures. On top of that, the program aimed to warmly immerse the employees into NIA’s culture while guiding them through the agency’s values, policies, and operational framework.
Overall, this initiative reflects NIA PamBat IMO’s unwavering commitment to cultivating a capable and dedicated workforce essential to achieving excellence in service and driving irrigation development across the region.
