NIA R3 CELEBRATES 55TH ANNIVERSARY IN IT’S OWN LITTLE WAY…

The NIA Region 3 on its own simple way celebrated the Emerald or 55th year anniversary of the National Irrigation Administration. The event was composed of Awarding, Cheers and Presentations competitions and Team Building. Emerald is known to its green brilliant color, like the celebration which was filled with brilliant ideas in creating cheers and choreographies for presentations in aspiration to bring home the bacon and be addressed to be the champion.

The awarding on the other hand is composed of loyalty awards to the employees who were in the service for milestone years followed by distinguished awards for offices which were recognized for being best in viability index, cropping intensity for the year 2017, financial reports submission, administrative reports submission, engineering performance and IDP implementer.

Part of the event also is the giving of distinct award of Best NIA Region 3 employees of 2017. All four offices of NIA Region 3 proudly identified and recognized its 4 Best Employees. And of course, it won’t be complete, without recognizing the Best Irrigation Management Office of the year 2017.

A special award likewise was boastfully received by the IMO who have been after evaluation of the NCR-TWG was nominated as 2nd Best IMO in National Level. Also awards were given to the Most Outstanding IA’s of the region.

Loyalty awardees were also recognized and given Certificate of Appreciation. Likewise, raffles were drawn every now and then.

On the second day, the regional team building activity was conducted. Each team consists  of more than 30 combined employees from all 4 offices of NIA Region 3 competed in 6 games.

The grouping was made equal combination of employees from different NIA Region 3 offices to see to it that the game must not turned into pure competition but to uphold the true essence of team building.

           The event was conducted on June 26 – 27, 2018 at Camayan Beach Resort, Ilanin Road, Subic, Zambales participated by more than 200 employees from the entire jurisdiction of NIA region 3.

The Guest of Honor is the NIA-Deputy Administrator for Engineering and Operations, Engr. C’zar M. Sulaik. Engr. Delsy J. Revellame also graced by Madam Delsy J. Revellame, Project Manager of CARP IC and Madam Concepcion Cablayan, CARP IC-IDS Manager.

Anniversary messages before presentations were delivered by the corresponding IMO managers and after the awarding ceremonies, the untiring and beautiful Regional Manager Josephine B. Salazar and Deputy Administrator for Engineering and Operations C’zar M. Sulaik delivered a very discerning anniversary messages.

The 55th NIA Region 3 Recognition, Awards and Founding Anniversary was realized through the support of the Division Managers and of course by the lovely Regional Manager Josephine B. Salazar. Kudos, to the people behind for the success of the emerald celebration of NIA Region 3 Anniversary.
