After the Awarding Ceremony at the NIA Central Office, in celebration of NIA's Diamond Jubilee, NIA Region 3 held its Local NIA Anniversary Celebration at the Regional Office's Covered Court on June 29, 2023.

Regional Manager Josephine B. Salazar, in her message, gave back all the credit to all the Managers and Employees of Region 3 who made the back-to-back win as Best Regional Office possible. She also recognized the Outstanding Irrigators Associations along with the Institutional Development Team behind them and encouraged everyone to our continued commitment to provide better services to our Farmers.
In appreciation of the leadership of RM Salazar, the Region 3 family surprised her with a Plaque of Recognition for being the Best Regional Manager worthy of all the praises for steering the Agency to be the Best Regional Office.
