As 2025 begins, new leaders have emerged to drive fresh improvements, as the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Region III held a Ceremonial Mass Turnover of Leadership in Lubao, Pampanga, on January 09, 2025. The event was presided over by Regional Manager Engr. Josephine B. Salazar.
The Outgoing Acting Chief of Operations and Maintenance Section - Aurora-Nueva Ecija IMO Mr. Marianito D. Bullozo, who is also the concurrent Head of Institutional Development Unit, transferred positions to Incoming Acting Section Chief Engr. Rodino M. Bautista. Likewise, the Outgoing Acting Chief of the Engineering Section – Tarlac IMO, Engr. Arvin Maynard C. Musni who is also the concurrent Acting Chief of Tarlac San Miguel-O' Donnel RIS (TASMORIS) - Operations and Maintenance Section is passing on the responsibilities to Acting Section Chief, Engr. Adrian C. Dionicio.
In the EOD - Operations Section, Engr. Joel N. Odi, Jr., transitioned his leadership role to Engr. Ferdinand A. de Guzman, while in the EOD - Construction Management Section, the leadership baton moved from Engr. Ferdinand A. De Guzman to Engr. Joel N. Odi, Jr.
The ceremonial turnover was witnessed by all IMO Managers, and all Section Chiefs across the NIA Region III.
