As part of the Agency’s Integrated Management System (IMS) Implementation, NIA Region 3 Manager Engr. Josephine B. Salazar presided the conduct of the FY 2023 Management Review on October 4, 2023, at Farmers Training Center, NIA Regional Office III, Brgy. Tambubong, San Rafael, Bulacan.
NIA Region III Engineering and Operations Division Acting Manager Engr. Christian C. Manalo, Administrative and Finance Division Manager Rochelle R. Cervantes, Irrigation Management Office (IMO) Managers, and ISO Core Teams were present in the Management Review.
This activity served as an avenue for the management to discuss the status of actions to address the issues and concerns from the previous management review. Moreover, this management effort ensures that ISO Core Teams are strictly monitoring its effectiveness on the implementation of the NIA Integrated Management System. Hence, ensuring the continuous improvement on the delivery of irrigation services gears towards uplifting the lives of Filipino farmers.
