As part of its commitment to inform the public about the government agencies' different programs and projects, the Presidential Communication Office through Philippine Information Agency's Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas program hosted by its Regional Director William Beltran interviewed National Irrigation Administration Regional Manager Engr. Josephine B. Salazar at Farmers' Training Center on October 22, 2024.
Among those in attendance were AFD Manager Rochelle R. Cervantes, EOD Manager Engr. Christian C. Manalo, Bulacan IMO Manager Placida C. Cordero, ANE IMO Acting Manager Engr. Arnel S. Alipio, PamBat IMO Manager Engr. Ruben R. Llamas, Tarlac IMO Manager Engr. Alvin Roberto A. David, Zambales IMO Acting Manager Engr. Enrique G. Carlos, PIA Staff, and other local media personnel.
In the said episode of Kapihan, Engr. Salazar highlighted the latest developments and future irrigation projects of the said agency to boost the agricultural productivity in the entire region. Moreover, the program also addressed various issues faced by the region, with officials ensuring that all challenges are being properly managed and under control.
