The NIA Tarlac IMO Administrative and Finance Section recently conducted an employee onboarding program designed to familiarize newly hired employees with the agency's mission and objectives. This serves as an important step in ensuring that new members understand their role in delivering quality services to farmers and clients, contributing to the broader goals of NIA.
Held at the NIA Tarlac IMO office in Jefmin, Concepcion, Tarlac, the orientation paved the way for participants to gain insights into how the agency operates, its vision, mission, quality objectives, and the expectations from every employee in helping achieve these goals. The program highlighted the importance of aligning personal growth with the organization's mission of providing sustainable irrigation services to farmers across the region.
Furthermore, the onboarding emphasized the value of cultivating long-term engagement and loyalty among employees.
