Awarding of O & M Subsidy to our Irrigators Association partners of Tarlac-San Miguel-O'donell River Irrigation System (TASMORIS). The awarding was spearheaded by the newly appointed Satellite Chief of TASMORIS office, Engr. Ruben Llamas and was attended by all 47 IAs of the said irrigation system.
