To discuss and solidify the organization's relationships and efforts at ensuring strong and transparent leadership throughout the agency, the National Irrigation Administration Employees Association for Solidarity and Progress (NIAEASP) conducted its 4th Quarter National Council Meeting at the NIA Region III Farmers' Training Center on November 6, 2024.
Present during the meeting were NIAEASP officials together with the Region III top management including Regional Manager Engr. Josephine B. Salazar, AFD Manager Rochelle R. Cervantes, Bulacan IMO Division Manager Engr. Placida C. Cordero, ANE IMO Acting Division Manager Engr. Arnel S. Alipio, Tarlac IMO Division Manager Engr. Alvin Roberto A. David, Zambales IMO Acting Division Manager Engr. Enrique G. Carlos, PamBat IMO Division Manager Engr. Ruben Llamas, and other region's staff.
As such, the said quarter assembly affirms NIAEASP's commitment to a collaborative approach, realigning national and regional efforts within the internal stakeholders to improve irrigation services.
