The NIA Zambales IMO and the DPWH 2nd District Engineering Office recently conducted a joint inspection to improve infrastructure resilience and community safety. This partnership is part of the preparatory activities for proposed projects outlined in the National Expenditure Program (NEP) 2025 for the DPWH 2nd DEO.
During the inspection, the NIA Zambales IMO staff assisted in examining the proposed construction and maintenance of flood mitigation and drainage systems, as well as the construction of slope protection structures for STRIS (Cavite), STRIS (Naglabusan), and STRIS (Mapanuepe Riverlake IP). Their involvement highlights the importance of inter-agency cooperation in achieving efficient and effective infrastructure development.
