The Nueva Ecija Satellite Office conducted a Pre-Construction Conference with Bugnan-Parang Cabanasan Irrigators Association in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija for the Proposed Parang Bugnan CIS. The project is composed of dredging activities to desilt the creek, protection works as solution for the scoured sidings, and road surfacing activities to serve as farm-to-market road of the farmer-beneficiaries.
