Acting TARZAM IMO Manager Jaime A. Mananghaya hosted the presentation of Zambales Irrigation Development Masterplan which was discussed by Zambales Satellite Head Alexius S. Academia. RM Josephine B. Salazar was delighted to see the final output of Zambales and congratulated everyone who put their efforts into this undertaking.
