A week after the Stakeholders’ Forum in Bataan, NIA Region 3 conducted the same in AMCO Hotel and Beach Resort in the municipality of Baler, province of Aurora on February 9, 2018.
The forum was commenced with the prayer led by the Municipal Parish priest, Rev. Fr. Andres A. Lumasac. While welcoming was made by the Baler Municipal Mayor, Hon. Nelianta C. Bihasa.
Also attending were Hon. Joana Wilma C. Salamanca, Mayor of Dipaculao, the Battalion Commander of the 91st Infantry Bn., Lt. Col. Jose Mari F. Torrenueva II and the representative from the PNP Directorate, Police Sr. Inspector Ferdinand B. Usita and likewise some representatives from different government agencies of the province.
The message of the Hon. Congresswoman Bellaflor J. Angara-Castillo of the Lone District of Aurora was read by her Chief of Staff, Mr. Alex N. Ocampo.
The Provincial Vice Governor Hon. Rommel Rico T. Angara was also present in the forum and delivered a very inspiring and supportive message to the objective of the NIA’s Stakeholders’ Forum conducted in the province and led the signing of the covenant.
In the side of NIA, all Division Managers were present except Madam Rochelle Cervantes of the AFD who left in the office for a bulk of report to be complied. Engr. Angelito S. Miguel of BANE IMO hosted the forum with the key staff of IMO and with NIA Region 3 cascadingly conducted Stakeholders’ Forum in five (5) provinces for the period of two (2) months.
