R3 STAKEHOLDERS’ FORUM ZAMBALES

In the western most part of Central Luzon, along the shore of the West Philippine Sea, the NIA Region 3 Stakeholders Forum was conducted in the Province of Zambales.

Just like the other forums conducted, the event was smoothly commenced for a job well done to all concerned NIA region 3 key officials assigned for the implementation of the Stakeholders Forum headed by the untiring beautiful Regional Manager, JOSEPHINE B. SALAZAR.

Five forums conducted in the period of two (2) months is not an easy task. Preparation and disposition of invitations alone (which was assigned to the men and women of the Institutional Development Section (IDS) of the Regional Office) to all concerned official’s province wide cannot be done overnight. It required devotion and overtime works for its fulfillment. Researches is also a factor to consider, to be aware of who will be the key officials and politicians to be invited for the event.

Assisting the host province in the actual preparation is another factor. The Institutional workers as well as the Regional Managers Staff are required to be in the venue of event a day before the commencement of the forum, to see to it that the place is fit for the occasion and that the preparation is in accordance with the Protocols. From the stage decorations, chairs and tables arrangement down to the littlest thing, everything shall be accorded to what is needed.

A salute to the ever supportive Regional Manager for a hands on assistance and mostly KUDOS to all concerned officials and employees of NIA Region 3 for all the effort and sacrifices to make all the events a JOB WELL DONE.
