The Aurora-Nueva Ecija Irrigation Management Office (ANE IMO) held its Division Performance Commitment and Review (DPCR) Cascading and Target Setting for 2025 on February 10, 2025, at Farm Ridge by Desmond Farm in Malbang, Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija.
The event, led by Division Manager Engr. Arnel S. Alipio, brought together key officials, including Acting Chief of the Institutional Development Unit Mr. Marianito D. Bullozo, Acting Chief of the Engineering Section Engr. John Alvin M. Dionisio, Acting Chief of the Operation and Maintenance Section Engr. Rodino M. Bautista, and Acting Chief of the Administrative and Finance Section Ms. Luz R. De Cozar, along with ANE IMO staff.
This gathering provided an opportunity to reflect on the division's past performance, set strategic goals, and ensure alignment for the year ahead. The discussions focused on improving operational efficiency, enhancing irrigation services, and advancing sustainable water management practices to better support local farmers.
