July 13, 2020 - NIA Region 3 supports the continuous development of its future leaders.
Due to the implementation of strict quarantine protocols in the provinces of Aurora and Nueva Ecija, the Management thought of ways to support the #TuloyAngDaloy Program of NIA by reassigning the heads of its Satellite Offices. Engr. Arnel S. Alipio who heads the Nueva Ecija Sattelite Office turned over its management to Engr. Enrique G. Carlos. While Engr. Carlos who heads Aurora Satellite Office turned over its management to Engr. Alipio, a native of Aurora. This way, the geographical challenges of its heads are eliminated.
On the same note, Engr. Virgilio J. Ilao, the Engineering and Operations Division Manager and Planning and Design Section Chief in concurrent capacity, transferred the management of the Planning and Design Section to Engr. Alvin Roberto A. David. Due to this, Engr. David who heads Bataan Satellite Office transferred its management to Engr. Wendell C. Martin.
The Turnover Ceremony was presided by Regional Manager Josephine B. Salazar and witnessed by AFD Manager Rochelle R. Cervantes and PAMBAT IMO Acting Manager Isabelito V. Bitangcol
