Due to the Designation of Engr. Enrique G. Carlos as Acting Chief of the Planning and Design Section, the Management of the Nueva Ecija Satellite Office was turned over to Engr. Kristoffer A. Santiago. In support, all Division/IMO Managers witnessed this occasion which was presided by RM Josephine B. Salazar. Both Outgoing and Incoming Officials have been with NIA for a long time and their service to the agency and the farmers have been invaluable. RM Josephine B. Salazar, in her speech, thanked Engr. Ilao for his support. He described him as Region 3's databank who can give you details of any meetings/functions he has attended. Likewise, RM Salazar congratulated Engr. dela Cruz and wished him luck on this new designation.
