NIA Central Office Validators, led by Institutional Development Division IAAS Section Chief Maricel M. Del Rosario, conducts the Validation of NIA Tarlac IMO's Lukung Dam Irrigators Association of Concepcion, Inc. (LIRAC) in the Municipality of Concepcion, Tarlac. Headed by IA President Renato D. Simbillo, LIRAC is one of the nominees for the Search for the National Outstanding IA Performer under the CIS Category. Tarlac Federation of IAs President Alfredo C.
